Returns
Here at Avenue V we hope that you are in love with your purchases, but if for any reason you are not we will gladly refund the amount for all unused, unopened, products minus the shipping cost. Refunds must be requested within 7 days of your delivery date; all refund request must be made to customerservice@shopavenuev.com with the subject line RETURN ORDER (and your order number).
Please allow 5-7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Exchanges
In the event that you would like to exchange your product please send us an email to customerservice@shopavenuev.com with the subject line EXCHANGE ORDER (and your order number). Please put in the message the item(s) that you would like to exchange. A customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

Shipping
All Orders are shipped through USPS. We Ship Worldwide.
Domestic Shipping
All orders are shipped First Class and will be received within 2 to 5 business days.
International Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and can take up to 3 weeks.
International Shipping Disclaimer: Our International Shipping charges do not cover any custom duties/taxes that may be applied to your package. Avenue V Enterprises, LLC is not responsible, or in control of any additional taxes; in some occasions customs may delay delivery; please contact your local customs department for more information.

Shipping Times
Orders generally ship 24-72 hours after your payment has cleared. To reduce the processing time for your order please make sure that your billing name and address is the same with the card service. Unverified orders will be cancelled and fully refunded back to the cardholder; you will receive notification of the cancellation via the email on the order.
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm only. No orders are shipped on any Federal Holiday.
If you place your order after 5pm Eastern Standard Time – your order will not be processed until the next business day.
Tracking your Order
You will receive a confirmation email which contain your tracking number; please enter your tracking number into the USPS Track My Package Page to get updates.

PayPal Invoicing
We will gladly send you an invoice for your requested products – but you will have 24 hours to pay the invoice or your order will be cancelled.
